Since its launch, Kangana Ranaut’s spectacular show, ‘Lock Upp,’ has dominated the entertainment industry. Among all contestants, controversial comedians Munawar Faruqui and Shivam Sharma emerged as the most popular competitors on the Ekta Kapoor-backed reality show.
After all why not? Munawar is the one who keeps on playing the game, sometimes with his gaming skills and sometimes with his Shayaris. On the other hand, Shivam is the one who remains in the headlines from time to time with his comedy and aggressiveness.
ALT Balaji recently released the promo of Judgement episode, which captioned, “Weekly dose of #LockUpp Shayari is here! Watch Judgement Day episode streaming tonight at 10:30 pm. Play the @lockuppgame now.”
In the promo, Munawar Shivam can be seen quoting Shayaris
First Munawar says, “Kayi raat guzaari hai is andhere me, tum thoda sa noor le aaoge, mere taquiye geele hain aasuon se, kya tum mujhe apni god me sulaoge?”
Then Shivam recites another shayari: “Aiye dil-e-nadaan tujhe hua kya hai? Is bukhaar-e-ishq ki dawaa kya hai?”
After this, Munwar is again shown reciting another Shayari: “Ek tarfa Mohabbat ke kisse mujhe matt sunao. Maine uske baad khudse bhi mohabbat nahi ki.”
Then again Shivam recites another Shayari in a gimmick way: “To kehte hain ki faisla jo bhi ho manzoor hona chaiye. Jang ho ya ishq ho bhapoor hona chaiye.”
No doubt why they both are so popular. To be precise, they are the complete entertainment packages that any reality programme needs.
The reality programme hosted by ALTBalaji and MX Player is still going strong in its third week, with fans cheering on their favourite candidates.
