Pro Kabaddi League: An overall team performance by Puneri Paltan

Puneri Paltan snatched the game against UP Yoddha with the help of their young heroes.

The score at the end of the game was 44-38, with Puneri Paltan winning the game with an opportunity of getting into the playoffs.

Mohit Goyat played stunningly throughout the game and aggressively won 14 raid points while Aslam assisted the attacking partner, bagging in 12 points which also include 3 tackle points.

Pune seems to have a chance to get into the playoffs, as their start of this season’s journey was unstable and struggling.

Surender Gill shined for UP Yoddha but was not able to get the team’s assistance. Gill brought in 16 points for the team. Puneri Paltan’s defensive unit helped the team to back to attack with ease. “Super 10” and continuous attacking points helped UP to come close towards the end of the second half.

Gill changed the game in UP’s favor by cutting down Pune’s lead of 11 points. Gill continuously attacked for UP to get closer to the clashing of points but the youngsters of Puneri Paltan made a safe distance in the point lead and won the match.

Shrikant Jadhav assisted Gill in the attacking department to get close to UP Yoddha’s lead. The first half witnessed a close game of 22-18 with Pune continuing with a lead. Mohit Goyat and his partner Aslam flew up to keep the lead stable for Puneri Paltan.

Youngster-duo Aslam Inamdar and Mohit Goyat had a memorable night as the attacking unit helped the team to win by a margin of 6 points.
