Max Verstappen kept the championship alive with a commanding victory at the Qatar Grand Prix, ensuring that the 2025 Formula 1 title battle will now be decided at the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Oscar Piastri pushed hard but had to settle for second place, while Carlos Sainz completed the podium after a strong drive in the desert heat. Championship leader Lando Norris finished fourth, meaning he will take his advantage into Yas Marina — but the fight remains wide open.

Kimi Antonelli impressed once again with a P5 finish, ahead of George Russell’s Mercedes in sixth. Fernando Alonso’s experience showed as he claimed seventh, while Charles Leclerc recovered to eighth. Liam Lawson scored valuable points in ninth, with Yuki Tsunoda rounding off the top ten.
