Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, on Wednesday, holds a meeting with the state health ministers of Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, and Telangana via video conferencing with a purpose to review the status of Covid-19 vaccination drive in these states.
Dr. Harsh Vardhan also discussed the steps to accelerate the vaccination drive, as per the reports of ANI.

In addition to this, more than 17.5 crores of COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in the country.
Additionally, during phase 3, more than 30 lakh beneficiaries in the age group 18-44 years have been vaccinated, as per the reports issued by the union health ministry; as of 12th May 2021.
