Silver prices in major Indian cities
Silver rates showed minor variations across cities, largely driven by local demand and jeweller margins.

In Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad, silver is priced at Rs 2,23,000 per kg, in line with the national benchmark.
What’s driving silver prices higher
Market participants attribute the rise in silver prices to firm global silver markets, expectations of easier monetary conditions, and continued interest in precious metals as a hedge amid economic uncertainty. Silver’s dual role as an industrial metal and a store of value has also supported prices.
Note: Silver prices are indicative and may vary depending on local taxes, GST, making charges, and dealer premiums. Buyers are advised to check final rates with local jewellers before purchasing.
