Air India Express introduces Xpress Lite fares tailored for passengers travelling solely with their cabin baggage. These specialized fares offer cost-saving benefits compared to standard fares and can be conveniently accessed through the airline’s website and mobile application.
Additionally, passengers availing of Xpress Lite fares are permitted to carry an extra 3 kilograms in their cabin baggage, exceeding the previous allowance of 7 kilograms.
Should passengers utilizing Xpress Lite fares later require check-in baggage services, they can easily choose to pre-book additional allowances at discounted rates for 15 kg and 20 kg excess baggage slabs. This flexibility enables guests to conveniently manage their baggage needs while enjoying cost-saving benefits. Alternatively, passengers may also opt to purchase check-in baggage services directly at Air India Express counters located at the airport.
