
Royal Enfield is a popular Indian brand in the global market because of its classic styling. With a loyal customer base in several countries, the company has launched a warranty program called the “Borderless Warranty Program” that covers all of its bikes.
This program will be launched in the 70 countries where the brand’s items are on sale. According to the firm’s claim, Royal Enfield is the first Indian automotive brand to launch a worldwide warranty initiative.
The warranty program, according to the firm, was established to “inspire worry-free explorations”. It will also enable the riders to take advantage of the benefits in several nations. This will be available for all newly purchased motorcycles as well as those motorcycles that are presently covered under warranty.
Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Royal Enfield’s Chief Commercial Officer, stated on the launch of the ‘Borderless Warranty’ program, saying, “At Royal Enfield, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant global community of riders who share our passion for exploration and adventure. With the introduction of the Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty Program, we aim to redefine customer experience by offering unprecedented levels of support and assurance to riders across the world.”
