BMW announced the 2025 M4 CS model lately. As part of its expanding “CS or Competition Sport” lineup of track-focused vehicles, it is positioned between the M4 Competition and the flagship M4 CSL.
BMW M4 CS Features
The new BMW M4 CS is powered by a modified version of the M4’s twin-turbo 3.0-litre straight-six engine, which now generates 550 horsepower, a 20 horsepower boost over the Competition variant. This power boost is achieved by increasing turbo boost pressure, which results in fascinating acceleration and excellent on-limit handling.
The M4 CS boasts an upgraded chassis setup designed to improve steering accuracy, wheel control, and overall handling features. Stiffer springs and anti-roll bars, as well as modified engine mounts, enhance responsiveness and decrease roll through tight bends. The stability control system has also been adjusted to allow for more aggressive driving by increasing the intervention limit to correct slides.
The car is equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels in the front and 20-inch wheels in the back, which are paired with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 rubber or the track-focused Cup 2 R compound.
The unique yellow-tinted daytime running lights of the BMW M4 CS are reminiscent of the company’s GT race vehicles. The grille is highlighted in red for a sporty look and unique paint choices like Riviera Blue and Frozen Isle of Man Green contribute to the car’s attractiveness.
