Audi E Concept unveils in China, drops iconic four rings; Check details

Audi, in partnership with SAIC Motor, has introduced a new electric sub-brand exclusively for China, simply named “AUDI.” Marking this new venture, Audi recently showcased the “E Concept,” a powerful all-electric crossover with a sleek, station wagon-inspired design that stands apart by omitting Audi’s iconic Four Rings logo.

The E Concept, built on the Advanced Digitized Platform, measures 4,870mm in length, 1,990mm in width, and 1,460mm in height, with a spacious 2,950mm wheelbase. Its design blends elements from other high-end EVs, featuring a flat front end, sloping roofline, and a squared-off tail lamp reminiscent of a Range Rover.

Inside, the futuristic cabin is minimalistic, with a large touchscreen that replaces the traditional dashboard, reinforcing a production-ready look. The E Concept’s specs are impressive: powered by dual electric motors, it produces 760bhp and 800Nm of torque, allowing a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.6 seconds.

With its 800-volt architecture and a 100kWh battery, the E Concept delivers an estimated 700km range (CLTC cycle). Rapid charging is another highlight—just 10 minutes can replenish up to 370km of range.
