Prince William flew solo in attending funeral service for the late Thomas Kingston.
On Tuesday, William was present at the Chapel Royal in St. James’ Palace in London, for the private ceremony after Kingston suddenly passed away last month at the age of 45.
Around 140 people – including friends and family – had gathered for the funeral of Kingston, the late husband of Lady Gabriella, who is King Charles III’s second cousin.
Charles, 75, was not present for the funeral, as he has reduced his public appearances post being diagnosed with cancer. Queen Camilla was also not at the funeral due to her prior engagement at Buckingham Palace.
Kingston, who previously dated Princess Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa Middleton, was found dead at his parents’ residence in the Cotswolds on February 25.
The funeral marked the latest public appearance without his wife by his side after Kate underwent abdominal surgery in January.
