NIA arrests “ISI agent” in Gujarat for involvement in Espionage activities and working for Pakistan’s ISI

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a key accused Giteli Imran, a resident of Gujarat, yesterday for his involvement in espionage activities and working for Pakistan’s ISI.

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a key accused Giteli Imran, a resident of Gujarat, yesterday for his involvement in espionage activities and working for Pakistan’s ISI.

According to National Investigation Agency (NIA), this case relates to an international espionage racket in which Pakistan-based spies recruited agents in India for collecting sensitive and classified information regarding locations/movements of Indian Naval Ships and Submarines and other defense establishments.

NIA arrests a key suspect working for Pak’s ISI for providing confidential information of various Indian movements and fields.
