A fire broke out in a 14-storey residential building in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala Complex early Wednesday morning, resulting in the tragic death of three individuals. The incident occurred around 8 AM on the 10th floor of Riya Palace, located on 4th Cross Road in the Andheri area.
The victims—Chandraprakash Soni (74), Kanta Soni (74), and Pelubeta (42)—were rushed to Cooper Hospital, but doctors declared them dead upon arrival. According to officials, the blaze was brought under control by the fire brigade by 9 AM.
