
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) announced its entry into a strategic partnership agreement with Redington Limited. This agreement will see Google (via Redington) collaborating with Zaggle to co-create an employee benefits solution, which will be offered to Zaggle’s corporate clients.
The partnership, described as a domestic strategic collaboration, is set to last for five years. The initiative is aimed at enhancing the employee benefits landscape by leveraging Zaggle’s corporate network and Google’s expertise in the space.
As per the agreement, there is no direct involvement or interest from the promoter group of either company in this contract. The deal does not qualify as a related party transaction and is conducted at arm’s length.
This move highlights Zaggle’s commitment to expanding its services and introducing innovative solutions to its clients.
The details of the agreement were disclosed as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also shared these updates with both the NSE and the BSE, as required by the listing regulations.
