Yes Bank’s shares witnessed high volatility on Saturday,4th March, 2024, with the price swinging in a wide range before ending lower. The stock opened on a positive note at Rs 25.35, slightly higher than the previous close of Rs 25.25. The price was pushed higher to an intraday high of Rs 25.70. However, profit-taking emerged at higher levels, triggering a sharp downturn.
The stock plunged to an intraday low of Rs 24.60 before finding some support. Yes Bank finally settled at Rs 24.80, recording a loss of 1.78% over its last close. Despite the price volatility, robust trading volumes of Rs 45,544.97 lakhs were witnessed. As of Saturday’s close, Yes Bank commands a market capitalization of around Rs 71,339 crores.
