Shares of Tata Group’s growing retail arm, Trent, surged over 6% in the morning trade on Monday. Trent share price hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 4,222 in the initial trading session. Despite over 200% returns in the last one year, the stock, this year so far too has surged over 35%. The returns for the stock over the last 5 years have surpassed 1100%.
The company’s key brand “Zudio” seems to be working in a great shape for the company. Experts believe that the pricing and value of money has made consumers stick to the brand. Infact, in an interview to CNBC-TV18 today, Hiren Ved of Alchemy Capital Management said that “runway for Zudio still remains large.”
