Suzlon Energy’s share price jumped 1.24% to Rs 75.00 following a conveyance deed with OE Business Park Private Limited (OEBPPL) to sell its corporate office, One Earth Property, in Pune, Maharashtra.
The transaction, completed on September 4, 2024, is valued at Rs. 440 crore. This amount includes ₹411.21 crore for property conveyance and ₹28.79 crore for stamp duty and registration charges.
Shareholders previously approved the sale of One Earth Property during an extraordinary general meeting held on March 25, 2022.
