Sonata Software Ltd witnessed a sharp 9% decline in its stock price after the company issued a revenue warning for Q4FY25. The Bengaluru-based IT services firm informed exchanges that revenue estimates from its largest client are now expected to be significantly lower than earlier projections. This unexpected shortfall is set to impact the company’s international business performance for the quarter.
Sonata attributed the revision to unforeseen changes in client demand, which could dent overall financials for the March quarter. The company has scheduled an investor call on 6th April 2025 to discuss the development and provide further clarity.
This marks another setback for Sonata Software, whose stock is already down 44% year-to-date (YTD).
Sonata Software’s stock opened at ₹300.00, with a high of ₹307.80 and a low of ₹288.00 during the trading session. The stock has experienced significant fluctuations over the past 52 weeks, with a 52-week high of ₹763.70 and a low of ₹286.40.
