Shares of Sobha Limited surged nearly 6% to ₹1,154.90, following the company’s announcement of its best-ever quarterly and annual sales performance in Q4 FY25.
In the March 2025 quarter, Sobha reported a sales value of ₹18,357 million, marking a 22.1% year-on-year and 32.2% quarter-on-quarter growth. The company sold 1.56 million square feet at an average realization of ₹11,781 per square foot.
For the full year FY25, Sobha clocked a total sales value of ₹62,765 million, with 4.68 million square feet sold at a record average realization of ₹13,412 per square foot, up 22.8% from FY24.
This strong performance was powered by eight new launches during the year, covering 8.76 million square feet across four cities. In Q4 alone, Sobha launched major projects like SOBHA Madison Heights and SOBHA Hamptons in Bengaluru, and Chartered Birdsong, a plotted development also in Bengaluru.
City-wise Q4 Highlights:

Bengaluru contributed 76.6% of Q4 sales with ₹14,060 million revenue.

Gurgaon achieved its highest-ever annual sales of ₹12,490 million.

Hyderabad posted 115.5% YoY and 44.7% QoQ growth.

Tamil Nadu saw a 53.7% YoY increase in Q4 sales.
The Sobha share of Q4 sales stood at ₹13,702 million, representing 74.6% of overall sales.
The rally in shares reflects investor optimism, fueled by robust operational growth and positive real estate momentum across India’s top cities.
