Voltamp Transformers has reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter, delivering healthy year-on-year growth across key metrics, supported by robust execution and steady demand.
For Q3, the company posted a net profit of ₹99 crore, marking a 34.8% increase compared with ₹73.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The improvement in profitability reflects better scale, improved order execution and sustained demand from the power and infrastructure segments.
Revenue for the quarter rose 30.4% year-on-year to ₹630.3 crore, up from ₹483.5 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year. The growth highlights strong order inflows and timely project deliveries during the quarter, even amid a competitive operating environment.
EBITDA stood at ₹107.7 crore, registering an 8.8% increase over ₹99 crore reported in the same period last year. However, EBITDA margin moderated to 17% compared with 20.5% a year ago, indicating higher input costs and operating expenses impacting margins despite higher revenues.
