Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited delivered a strong performance in the December quarter, reporting sharp growth across revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis, driven by higher volumes and improved operational leverage.
For Q3 FY26, the company posted revenue from operations of ₹1,767.68 crore, registering a YoY growth of 77.1% compared with ₹997.96 crore in Q3 FY25. Including other income, total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,775.12 crore, up 76.6% YoY from ₹1,005.10 crore.
Total expenses during the quarter rose to ₹1,668.99 crore, reflecting higher material costs and operating scale, compared with ₹957.53 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking a YoY increase of 74.3%. Despite elevated costs, operating efficiency supported margin expansion.
Profit before tax for Q3 FY26 came in at ₹106.13 crore, showing a robust YoY growth of 115.1% versus ₹49.36 crore in Q3 FY25. After accounting for taxes, net profit for the quarter stood at ₹80.54 crore, more than doubling with a YoY surge of 120.3% compared to ₹36.54 crore in the year-ago period.
The strong earnings growth underscores the company’s ability to scale operations while maintaining profitability, supported by demand momentum and disciplined cost management.
On a nine-month basis, Sky Gold and Diamonds reported revenue of ₹4,383.38 crore, up 76.3% YoY from ₹2,489.84 crore in the same period last year. Net profit for the nine months ended December 2025 rose sharply to ₹191.12 crore, reflecting a 102.4% YoY increase over ₹94.48 crore reported in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
