Sandhar Technologies Limited delivered a steady year-on-year performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), reporting strong growth in revenue and improvement in profitability compared to the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 1,184.64 crore, marking a robust 21.7% increase from Rs 973.69 crore recorded in Q3 FY25. The healthy rise in topline reflects improved demand across key automotive segments and stronger execution during the quarter.
Total income for the December quarter came in at Rs 1,187.41 crore, up 21.9% from Rs 974.44 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The consistent growth in total income highlights the company’s expanding business base.
Profit from operations before exceptional items and tax rose to Rs 44.99 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 38.08 crore in Q3 FY25, translating into an 18.1% year-on-year increase. This growth indicates better operational performance despite cost pressures in the sector.
After accounting for tax expenses, net profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 33.45 crore for the quarter, up 11.7% from Rs 29.95 crore in the same period last year. The rise in bottom-line performance underscores improved operational efficiency and revenue scale.
