Ceigall India reported a steady year-on-year performance in the third quarter, with growth across revenue and operating profit, supported by healthy execution in its infrastructure projects.
For Q3, the company posted a net profit of ₹74.1 crore, marking a marginal increase of 1.2% compared with ₹73.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Despite cost pressures, profitability remained stable, reflecting disciplined project management and controlled expenses.
Revenue from operations rose sharply by 19.3% year-on-year to ₹991 crore, up from ₹830.5 crore in the same quarter last year. The strong topline growth was driven by faster execution across key road and highway projects and a steady inflow of work during the quarter.
Operating performance also improved, with EBITDA increasing 12.8% year-on-year to ₹138.7 crore versus ₹123 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year. However, EBITDA margin moderated to 14% compared with 14.8% a year ago, indicating a slight impact from higher input costs and competitive project pricing.
