Adani Green Energy Limited reported higher revenue and operating profitability on a year-on-year basis for the third quarter, while margin levels also improved compared with the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,201 crore, registering a YoY increase of 29.7% from ₹1,697 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
EBITDA for Q3 rose 47.5% YoY to ₹1,824 crore, compared with ₹1,237 crore in the year-ago period. The increase in EBITDA was accompanied by an expansion in operating margin.
EBITDA margin for the quarter came in at 82.9%, compared with 72.9% in the same quarter last year, reflecting a YoY improvement of 1,000 basis points.
At the bottom line, Adani Green posted a net profit of just ₹5 crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting a massive YoY decline of 98.9% from ₹474 crore recorded in Q3 FY25. The sharp fall in net profit highlights the impact of rising finance costs, higher depreciation, and exceptional items during the quarter.
