M & B Engineering Limited, along with its wholly owned subsidiary, has secured a sizeable domestic order for the design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of pre-engineered buildings and structural steel. The development marks another important milestone for the company’s order book and reinforces its strong positioning in India’s industrial infrastructure and steel construction segment.
According to the regulatory disclosure, the customer’s name has not been revealed due to confidentiality obligations. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is governed by standard commercial terms, including advance payments and customary contractual conditions.
The scope of work covers end-to-end execution, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of pre-engineered building systems and structural steel. The total order value stands at ₹63.50 crore plus GST. This amount also includes an erection component worth ₹12.34 crore plus GST, which will be executed through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Phenix Building Solutions Private Limited.
The project is scheduled to be completed within a period of approximately 8.5 months, providing near-term revenue visibility for the company and its subsidiary. Management has also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity that awarded the contract, and the transaction does not fall under related party dealings.
