L&T Technology Services (LTTS) shares rose 8% following the announcement of its financial results for Q3 FY25, highlighting steady revenue growth but a slight dip in profit.
Key Financial Highlights:
- Revenue from Operations: ₹2,653 crore, up 9.54% YoY and 3.12% QoQ.
- Total Income: ₹2,687 crore, marking an 8.12% YoY and 1.84% QoQ increase.
- Net Profit: ₹322 crore, down 2.25% YoY but flat QoQ.
Performance Insights:
LTTS showcased robust revenue growth across business verticals, despite macroeconomic challenges. However, rising expenses (₹2,247 crore, up 11.28% YoY) led to a 4.99% YoY decline in net profit.
In the meantime, HSBC maintains a “Buy” rating with a target price of ₹6,000, citing LTTS’s strong ER&D capabilities and reasonable valuations. Despite integration challenges from the Intelliswift acquisition, better synergies could act as a growth catalyst.
