The shares of Intellect Design Arena fell 2% after the company announced its Q3 FY25 results. The company’s  revenue  fell by 3.9% year on year (YoY) to ₹609.63 crore, while profit decreased by 16.75% to ₹70.19 crore. However, the firm reported strong sequential growth, with a 9.23% gain in  revenue  and a 32.91% increase in profit over the prior quarter.

The selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenditures rose by 10.55% YoY and 0.63% QoQ in spite of these gains. Operating income decreased 18.16% year over year, while it increased 87.53% quarter over quarter. For the third quarter, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) decreased 17.67% year over year to ₹4.94.

For the third quarter of FY25, Intellect’s platform, licensing, and AMC revenue came to a total of ₹292 crore, of which ₹50 crore came from the platform, ₹118 crore from the license, and ₹124 crore from the AMC. Additionally, the company recorded 93 crore in profit before taxes (PBT) and 553 crore in revenue for the quarter.

Notable highlights include the accelerated growth of Intellect’s eMACH.ai platform, which onboarded 11 new customers, and 16 global financial institutions went live on Intellect’s platforms, further advancing their digital transformation.

For the nine months ending December 2024, Intellect Design reported a total revenue of ₹1,768 crore, with ₹855 crore from license-linked revenue. The company’s total revenue for the last 12 months (LTM) reached ₹2,380 crore, with a steady annual recurring revenue (ARR) of ₹700 crore.

Intellect Design Arena’s stock opened at ₹870.00 and reached a high of ₹896.95 and a low of ₹867.95. The 52-week high stands at ₹1,199.00, while the 52-week low is ₹693.00. As of 10:31 AM, the shares were trading 2.42% lower at Rs 870.65.
