Traders on brokerage platform 5Paisa complained of problems in logging in during morning trade on Thursday. The brokerage has still not been able to resolve the issue as of now. Clients of India’s largest brokerage took to Twitter and other social media websites to voice their angst, saying they were not able to access their accounts as the app and web, showed server error.
Trader-investors, who are using 5Paisa, have been facing login issues since the past two days. Irate users of the 5Paisa app took to Twitter and other social media apps to vent their ire on the company for not being able to access the platform. Even today, investors suffered heavy losses.
5Paisa has a history of technical issues propping up during trading hours. Time and again, its customers have complained of problems in accessing their accounts or executing trades. They trolled the platform on Twitter.

The regulators have not yet issued any statement regarding the technical defaults.
