New Delhi, Oct 28 : Blue Dart Express Ltd on Friday reported 22.52% year-on-year decline in standalone net profit at Rs 71.29 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2023.
The logistics company had posted Rs 92.01 crore profit in the corresponding quarter of 2022-23.
The company’s revenue from operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 stood at Rs 1,324 crores as against Rs 1,325 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
“Even amid sluggish global economic growth, we’ve not only exceeded pre-pandemic revenue but also solidified our position as the provider of choice for our customers,” said Balfour Manuel, Managing Director, Blue Dart Express.
Speaking about the business outlook he said, “Even though we are keeping a close eye on our costs in the current business environment, our strengthened earnings power puts us in a position to continue investing significantly in future growth.
