Shares of Punjab National Bank declined nearly 3% after the lender announced its fourth-quarter results last week.
The lender’s total advances in the fourth quarter went up by 11.5% to Rs 9.86 lakh crore Year-on-Year (YoY).
Punjab National Bank (PNB) announced that its total deposits in the January-March quarter of FY24 grew by 7% year-on-year (YoY). The total deposits for the quarter stood at ₹13.7 lakh crore, compared to ₹12.82 lakh crore in the same period last year. PNB’s total deposits also saw a sequential or quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth of 3.5%.
