My Dress-Up Darling (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru) Season 3 has not been announced.

The popular romance/comedy anime from CloverWorks follows Wakana Gojo, a shy doll artisan, and the energetic cosplayer Marin Kitagawa as they grow closer through shared passions. It’s known for beautiful animation, wholesome yet ecchi vibes, and strong character chemistry.

Current Status

  • Season 1 aired in Winter 2022.
  • Season 2 aired from July to September 2025.
  • The manga concluded in 2025, providing a natural endpoint, though the anime Season 2 finale included some original elements.

In a January 30, 2026, interview, production desk manager and Season 1 producer Shota Umehara described Season 3 prospects as a “complete blank slate” — meaning no script, schedule, or active development. He expressed a desire to continue “if all things align,” but emphasized they won’t rush it to maintain quality.

Future Prospects

As of now, CloverWorks, Square Enix, and streaming partners (Crunchyroll) have not officially announced whether there will be an official renewal for a third season. Strong fan support, merchandise sales, and popularity can potentially lead to a renewal for a third season; however, if it does occur, it will take at least a year or maybe even longer. The production team prefers to focus on creating high-quality episodes rather than rushing through them to release additional seasons.

You can watch all 12 episodes of the two seasons on Crunchyroll and many other services, and you can read the full manga series for the complete story.
