Shahrukh and Deepika to resume shoot for ‘Pathan’ next week

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika reunite on the big screen for fourth time on Siddharth Anand’s spy thriller movie ‘Pathan’ which is likely to resume shooting next week.

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Pathan’ went on a two-day break on April 12, 2021. However, owing to the Janta Curfew, the cast and crew couldn’t get back to shoot.

Reportedly, the Chennai Express duo will resume shoot in the coming week.

According to a report in a news portal, it will reportedly be a 10-day schedule that will take place at a studio in Mumbai. The team plans to shoot inside a bio-bubble and has clearly stated that the people who have got themselves vaccinated are the only ones who will be allowed on the set.

The international schedule of the movie is still kept under wraps and is most likely to happen only once the situation on the pandemic front improves.

The team is currently only shooting in stints with the two actor.

Siddharth Anand’s ‘Pathan’ which is a spy thriller will also feature John Abraham alongside the duo.

Reportedly, the filmmakers have roped in Salman Khan for a special cameo in the film where he will help Shahrukh Khan take down some goons in the film.

On their individual work fronts, Deepika will be next seen in Kabir Khan’s ’83’, and Shakun Batra’s untitled film. Shahrukh has Rajkumar Hirani’s immigration drama which also reportedly stars Taapsee Pannu.
