Juhu remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential hubs, home to several Bollywood celebrities including Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, and Shakti Kapoor. The locality boasts proximity to the Western Express Highway, Mumbai Metro network, and upscale amenities, making it a preferred destination for India’s elite.

This renewal follows Vicky Kaushal’s earlier lease signed in July 2021, where he agreed to a five-year tenure starting at a monthly rent of Rs 8 lakh. With this latest deal, Kaushal continues to reaffirm his position among Bollywood’s top names, not only through his real estate choices but also his celebrated performances in films like Uri: The Surgical Strike, Masaan, Raazi, Sanju, and Sardar Udham, earning him accolades including the National Film Award for Best Actor.
