Meghan Markle’s father to file a plea to see his grandchildren

Thomas Markle claims he plans to take Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to court in order to have a relationship with his grandchildren.

The Duchess of Sussex’s estranged father, Thomas Markle says he will take his daughter and The Duke of Sussex to the court in the hopes of meeting his grandchildren, Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana.

As per the video received by Fox News, Thomas stated that he wants to be a part of his grandchildren’s lives and that he would file a lawsuit against his daughter over the issue.

In the video, he said, “I will be petitioning the California courts for the rights to see my grandchildren in the very near future.”

Meghan’s father can be seen in the video telling a photographer from his house in Rosarito, Mexico, “We shouldn’t be punishing [Lili] for Meghan and Harry’s bad behaviour. Archie and Lili are small children. They’re not politics. They’re not pawns. They’re not part of the game. And they’re also royal and entitled to the same rights as any other royal.”

Earlier, Meghan had told Oprah Winfrey that, although she cares about her father, she doesn’t understand why he works with the same tabloids she despises. She said, “I mean, I look at Archie, I think about this child and I go, ”I genuinely can’t imagine doing anything to intentionally cause pain to my child. I can’t imagine it. So, it’s hard for me to reconcile that.” She further added, “Everyone has accountability. Look, they’ve hunted my mom down and you’ve never heard her say a word. She’s remained in silent dignity for four years watching me go through this.”

Thomas also slammed Prince Harry for recently announcing plans to release a memoir in 2022. Thomas, 77 said, “Harry doesn’t have too much more to tell. After three sessions with the psychiatrists and Oprah Winfrey, I don’t know what more is there to tell.” Thomas also stated that he plans to invite Queen Elizabeth II, to his Pacific Ocean home soon. “Of course,” Thomas said in reference to the royal family, “they would be invited to my home at any time.”
