Jeetendra Kapoor-owned firms sell Mumbai land parcel for Rs 855 crore to NTT Global Data Centers: Report

Firms owned by veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family have sold a prime land parcel in Mumbai’s Andheri area for Rs 855 crore, according to property documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Maharashtra IGR website.

The transaction, registered in May 2025, involved Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited—entities controlled by Kapoor and his family. The buyer, NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited (formerly Netmagic IT Services), is a global IT infrastructure services provider.

The deal includes two adjacent land parcels covering 9,664.68 sq. m. (~2.39 acres) housing the Balaji IT Park. The premises feature three completed buildings with a combined built-up area of 45,572.14 sq. m. (~4.9 lakh sq. ft.). The deal also incurred a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

Located in the strategic commercial hub of Andheri, the site benefits from excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line.

The Kapoor family is a prominent name in the Indian entertainment industry. Jeetendra Kapoor has acted in over 200 Hindi films. His daughter Ekta Kapoor is Joint Managing Director and Creative Head of Balaji Telefilms, while his son Tusshar Kapoor is an actor and producer.
