As per popular celebrity paparazzi, Viral Bhayani, Kim was hospitalized in the ICU, on Monday, after she faced a medical emergency.
Taking to his Instagram handle, the paparazzi wrote, “It’s truly heartbreaking to hear about Jacqueline Fernandez’s mother being in the ICU. Family always comes first, and it’s understandable that Jacqueline had to rush back.”
Further updates on Kim’s health are awaited. The actress’ mother faced a similar medical emergency in 2022. She was then admitted to a hospital in Bahrain after suffering a stroke.
For those unaware, Kim resides in Manama, Bahrain, and boasts a diverse heritage, being of Malaysian and Canadian descent, with her great-grandparents hailing from Goa, India, and her maternall grandfather hailing from Canada.
Meanwhile, on the work front, apart from Welcome To The Jungle, Jacqueline also has Housefull 5 and is also rumored to be paired opposite Salman Khan in Dancing Dad.
