Elvish Yadav, a YouTuber, has been embroiled in a scandal since he was designated an accused in the snake poison case. On March 17, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was arrested by Noida Police and placed in 14-day judicial custody. Several alarming facts about Elvish have emerged in recent days, and now an old video has gone viral in which the YouTuber is heard discussing ‘cocaine’ and’snake bite’.
“Cocaine, MD, snake bite, LSD, ganja, hash, cream… kya chahiye bhai?’ There are different types of drugs,” Elvish says in the video.
However, the whole video has yet to surface, and only a portion of it has circulated. It was widely shared by netizens on X.

According to many media accounts, the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act of 1985 was enforced on Elvish, although it has since been repealed. Cops claim that the NDPS act was inadvertently imposed on Elvish, which was a “clerical error.”
The NDPS Act makes it difficult for people who are unfamiliar with the process to get bail. Earlier, it was stated that Elvish may face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
Elvish has reportedly been moved to a high-security barracks within the facility. He was kept in a quarantine cell within the prison, but a few days ago, he was transferred to a high-security barracks.
Meanwhile, if rumours are to be accepted, Elvish, who had previously denied any participation in the snake venom case, has admitted to supplying it to rave events. The YouTuber also stated that he knew the other five people involved in the case and had met them several times before.
In February 2024, days after it was announced that Elvish could face legal issues when the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) discovered snake venom in the samples taken at the rave party, he posted a video slamming the media and those questioning him.
In a video, Elvish stated that the media is behind him and wants to cover everything he does. Elvish denied all claims against him, saying “main nanga hokar naachunga” if anyone can show he was present at the rave party.
