
Disha Salian, the former celebrity manager of Sushant Singh Rajput had allegedly died by suicide on 8th June 2020, after jumping off from the 14th floor of a building in Malad, Mumbai. Exactly seven days after his former manager’s demise, Sushant was also found dead in his Mumbai residence on 14th June. Since then, people have been linking the two deaths and many theories have been surfacing in the media related to the same. Now, according to Times Now, the latest reports of the case states that the Mumbai Police had switched on Disha Salian’s mobile phone for investigation.
Times Now reported that the Mumbai Police had turned on Disha Salian’s mobile phone as it is a protocol for them to investigate and cross-check the dates. The call records of Disha Salian’s mobile revealed that the phone’s internet was active even after her death. The sources explained how the phone needs to be switched-on for data collection.
It was reported that during the collection of the data from the phone, not all incoming calls and messages are responded to. Also, apart from data collection, the incoming calls and messages are noted down. The sources also reported that during a preliminary investigation, the phone is switched-on by the police to cross-check the information or collect the data, before handing it over to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL).
Earlier, it was also reported that Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput were in touch professionally in April. Currently, after the Supreme Court’s verdict, the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case has been handed over to CBI and the agency is investigating to find out the truth behind the actor’s sudden demise.
