Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff welcomed 2004 with a special announcement. On Monday, they shared a joint post on their respective social media handles and announced that their upcoming movie, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, will hit theatres in April 2024, on the auspicious occasion of Eid. The duo dropped a new poster and wrote, “Aapka naya saal Bada bane, chhoti chhoti khushiyon se. Happy New Year, from #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan. Don’t forget to block #Eid2024 to meet us in theatres. Let’s rock 2024!”

The new Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was announced in February 2023, and it promises to be the highest blockbuster of 2024. Besides Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, it will also star Prithviraj Sukumaran, who was recently seen in Salaar Part 1:Ceasefire.
Recently, it was said that the film was being shelved. However, Ali Abbas Zafar clarified it was not the case. He told Hindustan Times, “This is absolutely baseless. We are very much on track and there’s no truth to the shelving rumours. I don’t know where these rumours are coming from. For a film of this large scale, months of pre-production is needed. We will go on floors by the end of this year or early next year and shoot in the UK.”
