Union Bank of India has announced the convening of its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, set to take place on Friday, 10th July 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) from the bank’s Central Office in Mumbai.
Key dates associated with the AGM have been outlined by the bank. The record date and cut-off date for participation in e-voting and dividend entitlement is scheduled for Friday, 3rd July 2026. The book closure period for the AGM and dividend purposes will commence on Saturday, 4th July 2026, and conclude on Friday, 10th July 2026, inclusive of both days.
The remote e-voting period will begin on Tuesday, 7th July 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST and will end on Thursday, 9th July 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST. Shareholders are required to submit resolutions appointing authorised representatives by Friday, 3rd July 2026, by 5:00 p.m. IST.
Union Bank of India has also indicated that the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the notice of the AGM, will be submitted to the exchanges in due course.
