TVS Motor Company reported its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹47,270 crore for FY2025-26, registering a 30% growth over ₹36,251 crore recorded in FY2024-25.

The company’s operating profit before tax (PBT) rose 40% year-on-year to ₹4,975 crore, while operating EBITDA margin improved by 60 basis points to 12.9% during the fiscal year.

TVS Motor also recorded its highest-ever annual sales at 58.89 lakh units, up 24% compared to 47.44 lakh units sold in FY25.

Motorcycle sales grew 24% to 27.13 lakh units, while scooter sales rose 27% to 24.13 lakh units during the fiscal year. Electric vehicle sales increased 33% to 3.71 lakh units.

The company said it now has over 9 lakh EV customers globally.

For the quarter ended March 2026, TVS Motor posted its highest-ever quarterly revenue at ₹12,808 crore. Operating EBITDA margin during the quarter stood at 13.1%, compared to a normalised EBITDA margin of 12.5% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales during Q4 FY26 rose 28% to 15.60 lakh units, led by strong growth in scooters, EVs and three-wheelers.

The company’s three-wheeler sales during FY26 jumped 63% to 2.19 lakh units.
