The company has scheduled the AGM in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The virtual format aligns with regulatory guidelines that permit companies to conduct shareholder meetings through electronic means.
