Texmaco Rail & Engineering has been awarded a significant order valued at ₹57.15 crores by Metal Limited. The contract involves the supply and commissioning of two BTAP Rakes and two BVCM units, marking a notable addition to ‘s portfolio.

The order, which falls under domestic contracts, specifies that the first rake, consisting of 53 wagons and one BVCM, is to be executed within six months from the effective date of 8th May 2026. The second rake, with the same specifications, is scheduled for completion within eight months from the effective date.

The transaction does not involve any interest from the promoter group or related party transactions, ensuring that the deal is conducted at arm’s length. This development underscores Texmaco Rail’s ongoing commitment to expanding its capabilities in rail engineering and supply.
