PNC Infratech Limited has announced the provisional completion of a significant highway project executed by its subsidiary, Prayagraj Kaushambi Highway Package 3 Private Limited. The project, valued at Rs 819 crore, involves the construction of a 4-lane highway from Singraur Uphar to Baranpur Kadipur Ichauli in Uttar Pradesh.
The highway, part of NH-731A, spans from kilometre 49.155 to kilometre 74.700 and includes paved shoulders and the Ganga Bridge. It was developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H) acting through the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UPPWD) as the authority.
The appointed date for the project was 1st February 2024, with a scheduled completion period of 730 days. The project achieved provisional completion on 31st March 2026, within a 90-day grace period from the scheduled completion date of 31st January 2026. The Independent Engineer issued the Provisional Completion Certificate (PCC/PCOD) on 8th May 2026, declaring the project fit for commercial operations.
This development marks a significant milestone for PNC Infratech, reinforcing its capabilities in executing large-scale infrastructure projects under the HAM model.
