Sundaram Finance has announced the exercise of stock options granted in 2021 and 2022 under its Employee Stock Option Scheme (SFESOS) 2008. The exercise date for these options was 2nd April 2026.
The company detailed that the stock options exercised pertain to Grant 13 and Grant 14, which were originally granted on 28th May 2021 and 25th May 2022, respectively. For Grant 13, a total of 400 options were exercised, while Grant 14 saw the exercise of 100 options.
Sundaram Finance has taken appropriate measures to transfer the equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat accounts of the respective option holders.
