Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Prasad EC as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will lead the company’s finance function, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic decision-making as the company accelerates its next phase of growth.
Prasad brings over 24 years of experience across consumer durables, FMCG, and international businesses, with a proven track record in financial leadership, operational efficiency, and business transformation. His appointment comes at a critical phase as Raymond Lifestyle advances its ‘Lifestyle 2.0’ strategy, focused on expanding consumer reach across offline and digital channels and scaling new growth categories.
Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle, Prasad served as CFO at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where he played a key role in strengthening financial governance and strategic planning. Earlier, he held senior finance and commercial leadership roles at Voltas Limited, including Finance Head – International Operations, and All India Commercial Manager. He has also worked with Emami Ltd, further deepening his experience in commercial and financial operations.
Prasad is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, and holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University.
