Poonawalla Fincorp has announced that no dividend will be declared for the financial year 2025-26 as the company aims to conserve capital for future growth. This decision was made during the board meeting held on 5 May 2026.
The board of directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026. The results will be published in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The company also disclosed related party transactions for the half-year ended 31 March 2026, in line with regulation 23(9) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
Additionally, Poonawalla Fincorp has scheduled its 46th Annual General Meeting for 24 July 2026, which will be conducted through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
