According to the company’s announcement, Ms. Shabnum Zaman continues to serve as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She is a qualified company secretary with membership number 13918 and has held this position since her appointment on 2 August 2015.
In terms of the company’s RTA, Poonawalla Fincorp Limited has two entities serving in this capacity. MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., has been appointed as the RTA since 15 December 2022. Additionally, KFin Technologies Limited, which handles retail debentures, has been serving as the RTA since 12 November 2018.
