Perfect Infraengineers has announced the closure of its trading window effective 1st April 2026 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March 2026.
The closure has been implemented as a standard regulatory measure to prevent insider trading during the period when the company is preparing and announcing its financial results. This ensures that company insiders do not trade in the company’s securities during sensitive periods when they may have access to unpublished price-sensitive information.
The intimation was filed with the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on 30th March 2026 by Manisha Nimesh Mehta, Chief Financial Officer of Perfect Infraengineers.
