This move is part of Orient Green Power‘s strategic plan to enhance its renewable energy footprint in India. The project is expected to be completed by 31st July 2026.
The Investment / Borrowing / Banking Committee (IBBC) of Beta’s Board of Directors approved the expansion plan on 19th May 2026, authorising officials to finalise the terms and conditions of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract with Renfra.
The contract does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in Renfra Energy India Limited.
