Grasim Industries has announced its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹1,75,431 crore for the fiscal year ending 31st March 2026, marking an 18% increase compared to the previous year. The company also reported its highest-ever EBITDA at ₹25,872 crore, up 29% year-on-year, driven by scale, efficiency gains, and improved profitability across all business segments.
In the fourth quarter of FY26, Grasim Industries achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue and EBITDA, with figures reaching ₹51,101 crore and ₹8,011 crore respectively, representing year-on-year growth of 15% and 22%. This performance was bolstered by strong results in the Building Materials, Financial Services, and Cellulosic Fibres segments.
The Paints segment saw a remarkable revenue increase of 52% year-on-year, significantly outpacing industry growth rates. The Cellulosic Fibres segment also performed well, with revenue up 14% year-on-year, driven by volume growth and a favourable product mix. In the Chemicals segment, caustic soda sales volumes reached an all-time high of 321 KT, up 11% year-on-year.
Grasim’s B2B Ecommerce platform reported a 136% increase in revenue year-on-year, fueled by the introduction of new product categories and repeat buyers. The Cement segment achieved a milestone, with total grey cement capacity surpassing 200 mtpa in April 2026.
Aditya Birla Capital, Grasim’s Financial Services arm, reported a 32% increase in its total lending portfolio, reaching ₹2,07,368 crore. The company’s total assets under management stood at ₹5,91,343 crore, up 16% year-on-year.
Grasim Industries’ standalone performance for FY26 also reached new heights, with revenue at ₹41,039 crore, up 30% year-on-year. The standalone EBITDA was ₹3,558 crore, a 25% increase, supported by strong performances in the Cellulosic Fibres, Chemicals, and Textiles businesses.
